Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility

It goes without saying that our cities and markets are diverse.  When one walks into a successful organization, one sees individuals that reflect the makeup of those living outside the doors in the real community.  This observation must hold true at the governance, management and service levels of the team – a success factor that can no longer be ignored.

Response to this challenge is complex, considering various aspects of diversity: culture, ability, financial/economic, age, sexual orientation, political orientation, etc.  The resources identified in this section consider this range of perspectives and together describe the competencies of an inclusive organization.
