Management Competencies

Organizations are under constant pressure to demonstrate to stakeholders that they are not only producing results but have adopted best and essential management practices.  RETHINK has assisted the Alberta Recreation and Parks Association and ACE Communities to define organizational core competencies for related agencies and organizations.  Many of the online resources we consulted during the development process are generic, in the sense that listed competencies are generally required regardless of the type of service you are delivering.
